Homemade apricot jam from Gazdov. Made from 180g of fruit per 100g of jam. Made by evaporating water from apricots and sugar to a thick consistency. Sterilised. Cooked for more than 12 hours. Traditional recipe with no added preservatives or stabilisers.

Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +24°C. Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and frost. After opening, refrigerate at up to +10°C and consume within 14 days.

Product Description

Homemade apricot jam from Gazdov is made from 180g of fruit per 100g of jam. The production process involves evaporating the water from the apricots, adding sugar, and stirring to a thick consistency. It is boiled for over 12 hours and then sterilised. The raw materials for its preparation are carefully selected from Slovak farmers. We use a traditional recipe without adding preservatives or stabilisers.

Usage:

Thanks to its consistency, it is suitable not only for spreading on pastries, pancakes, or bread, but also for use in sourdough, cakes, sponge cakes, gingerbread, or for decorating desserts.
