Homemade rosehip jam from Gazdov. Made from 110g rose hips and 20g quince per 100g of jam. Made by evaporating water from rose hips, quince, and sugar to a thick consistency. Sterilised. Cooked for over 12 hours. Traditional recipe with no added preservatives or stabilisers.
Ingredients: Rose hips, sugar, quince.
Storage: Store in a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +24°C. Protect from heat, direct sunlight, and frost. After opening, refrigerate at up to +10°C and consume within 14 days.
