Homemade Plum Jam from Gazdov. Made from 200g of plums per 100g of jam. Made by evaporating water from plums and sugar to a thick consistency. Sterilized. Cooked for over 12 hours. Traditional recipe without added preservatives or stabilizers.
Ingredients: Plums, sugar.
Storage: Store in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and +24°C (41°F to 75°F), protect from heat, direct sunlight, and frost. After opening, keep the remaining amount in the refrigerator at up to +10°C (50°F) and consume within 14 days.
