Gluten-free dumplings filled with apricot filling, 500 g

Ingredients: Dough 60% [gluten-free universal mix flour (cornstarch, corn flour, rice flour, thickener: xanthan gum)], potatoes, sunflower oil, salt, filling 40% [sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit puree (apple), fruit puree (apricot) (16%), modified starch: E1422, acid: E330, gelling agent: E440(i), flavoring, water - fruit content in 1 kg of the product at least 350g].

Preparation Instructions: Place the deep-frozen dumplings into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Storage: Store at -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing. Protect from thawing.

Usage:

Place the deep-frozen dumplings into boiling, salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain, add poppy seeds, nuts, or breadcrumbs topped with melted hot butter, and serve. They are also delicious with sauerkraut and fried bacon.
