Gluten-free dumplings filled with plum jam, deep-frozen.

Ingredients: Dough 60% [gluten-free universal mix flour (corn starch, corn flour, rice flour, thickener: xanthan gum)], potatoes, sunflower oil, salt, filling 40% [plum jam filling].

Preparation instructions: Place the deep-frozen dumplings in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Store at a temperature of -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze after defrosting. Protect from defrosting.

Usage:

Place the deep-frozen dumplings in boiling, salted water and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then drain, add poppy seed, walnut, or breadcrumb topping with melted hot butter, and serve. They are also great with sauerkraut and fried bacon.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of -18°C or lower! Protect from defrosting. Do not refreeze the defrosted product.
