Gluten-free pierogi filled with oyster mushroom filling, deep-frozen.
Ingredients: Dough 60% [gluten-free flour (corn starch, potato starch, rice flour, modified corn starch, soy flour, thickening agents: guar gum and carboxymethylcellulose, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of unsaturated fatty acids), potatoes, sunflower oil, xanthan gum, salt], filling 40% [potatoes, oyster mushrooms, onion, sunflower oil, salt, ground black pepper]
Preparation instructions: Place the deep-frozen pierogi into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Store at -18°C or lower. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Protect from thawing.
